We want you to feel confident in your dancewear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all un-worn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like tights and undergarments cannot be returned once opened.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Pineapple branding tags and labels remain intact and attached.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
